| تعانی مصر من فجوة غذائیة حادة، وذلک نتیجة زیادة الطلب على الغذاء مع قصور فی العرض عن ملاحقة هذا الطلب المتزاید، ومن المعروف أن مصر من الدول المستوردة الصافیة للغذاء، وحتى عندما تتوافر لها القدرة على الاستیراد لمواجهة الطلب المتزاید على الغذاء، رغم ما یولده ذلک من عبء على میزان المدفوعات، الا أن ذلک مرهون باستقرار أوضاع أسواق الغذاء العالمیة والتى تعمل الحروب وانتشار الأوبئة على تولید اختناقات أمام حرکة تجارة الغذاء الدولیة، وبالتالی فإن التوسع فی استخدام التکنولوجیا فی مجال الانتاج الزراعی یؤدى بلاشک إلى زیادة هذا الانتاج وتقلیل الفاقد بما یقلل من واردات الغذاء، ومن أحد أهم صور التکنولوجیا التی یمکن ان تسهم بشکل کبیر فی زیادة انتاج الغذاء، تقنیات الذکاء الاصطناعی والتی یمکن من خلالها زیادة التوسع الأفقی والرأسی للزراعة بما یعمل على زیادة عرض الغذاء فی مصر، وبالتالی تقلیص حدة الفجوة الغذائیة. وفی هذا الاطار یتناول البحث إلقاء الضوء على العبء الاقتصادی لمشکلة الغذاء خاصة فی مصر ودور الذکاء الاصطناعی فی التخفیف من حدة هذه المشکلة، فینطلق البحث أولا من خلال عرض اطار نظری للذکاء الاصطناعی والفجوة الغذائیة، وثانیا یلقی الضوء على تطور حجم الفجوة الغذائیة فی مصر، وأخیرا یحاول البحث الاجابة عن سؤاله الرئیسی وهو کیف یمکن لتقنیات الذکاء الاصطناعی أن تعمل على زیادة عرض الغذاء فی مصر. الکلمات المفتاحیة الذکاء الاصطناعی – الفجوة الغذائیة- الفاقد الزراعی- التوسع الزراعی الأفقی- التوسع الزراعی الرأسی. |

| Egypt suffers from a severe food gap, as a result of an increase in the demand for food with a lack of supply to keep up with this growing demand. It is a burden on the balance of payments, but this depends on the stability of the conditions of the global food markets, in which wars and the spread of epidemics create bottlenecks in front of the international food trade movement, and therefore the expansion of the use of technology in the field of agricultural production undoubtedly leads to an increase in this production and a decrease in waste in a way that reduces Food imports, and one of the most important forms of technology that can significantly contribute to increasing food production is artificial intelligence techniques, through which it is possible to increase the horizontal and vertical expansion of agriculture, which works to increase the supply of food in Egypt, and thus reduce the severity of the food gap. In this context, the research deals with shedding light on the economic burden of the food problem, especially in Egypt, and the role of artificial intelligence in alleviating this problem.
