| تتناول هذه الدراسة جملة من الحقائق المتعلقة بالمسئولیة الشرعیة عن تصمیم وإنتاج واستخدام تقنیات الذکاء الاصطناعی وفی سبیل ذلک قامت الدراسة ببیان مصطلحات العنوان کالمسئولیة الشرعیة والذکاء الاصطناعی والتقنیة طارحةً للضوابط الواجب الالتزام بها عند تصمیم وإنتاج واستخدام تقنیات الذکاء الاصطناعی کأثرٍ لتلک المسئولیة، موضحةً للمرتکزات الشرعیة التی استندت إلیها تلک الضوابط، وصولًا إلى بیان الجزاء المترتب على الإخلال بهذه الضوابط. الکلمات الرئیسیة: المسئولیة الشرعیة، الذکاء الاصطناعی، التقنیة، الضوابط، الإنتاج The present study deals with several facts related to the responsibility from the perspective of the Sharia law for the design, production and use of artificial intelligence technologies. For this purpose, the study clarifies the title terms such as legal liability, artificial intelligence, and technology, shedding light on the regulations that should be considered throughout the processes of design, production, and use of such technologies. This research clarifies the Islamic principles behind these regulations as well as the penance for violation of these regulations.
